For what it's worth the Canadian Constitution Foundation has petitions against C-22 and C-34; I anticipate C-36 shortly, though in a majority government I'm not sure much can be done outside the courts.
The impact of these three pieces of legislation individually on Canadians is incredibly negative but together they fundamentally shift the landscape of privacy and freedom of expression.
