The Minister is disingenuous in his omission of the ongoing crimes of warrantless search and seizure via the Internet of Nano Things and the WBAN (Wireless Body Area Network IEEE802.15.6) in the Terahertz Band. These surrepticious and invasive technologies which include the use of IMSI Catchers and optogenetics use electromagnetic frequencies for illegal surveillance including under the skin. The Minister is attempting to push through medical pre-crime technologies which are in violation of Sections 184(1) and 430(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada. This matter is being heard in the Provincial Court of Vancouver because I have laid criminal charges against my former boss, the Director of Mail Operations for the City of Vancouver, Jen Gall.
Moreover, the SMART grid is already being weaponized against whistle-blowers like me who have never been charged with a crime as revenge because I had reported the surveillance crimes committed against me by my former employer, Canada Post. For example, I am followed by uniformed security guards and management whenever I go grocery shopping. I am also forced to wait online for 2 hours when calling Telus. Furthermore, I am left standing at intersections unable to cross because the Vancouver Police Department (named as codefendants) abuses the SMART app SLV:GO to skip traffic light cycles in order to punish me for my whistle-blowing. AI is also a weapons system used for control and punishment of dissidents in our outdoor digital panopticon "Skinner Box."
