Wouldn't the "updating of Canadian privacy law" result in the Government of Canada being more likely found in contempt of court by judges in the numerous cases that are underway in the secret courts for its ubiquitous surveillance including under the skin?

Privacy law exemptions for intelligence agencies and Canada Post, which use the technologies of private corporations like Palantir (a CIA startup) enable de facto warrantless search and seizure of Canadians' biometrics contrary to the Criminal Code. This bill is a Pandora's box and we must not let it pass.
